JLR Training Registration Form - ANSYS, ICEM, CFX, Fluent, LS DYNA, Workbench

Please read the following conditions for registration.  Then to register, please complete the form below. 

  1. Registrations are requested at least two weeks prior to the beginning date of class.  
  2. Payment should be made on or before the start of the class. 
  3. For FLUENT training classes, contact Terrisa Gaul at 425-353-8089 x311 for pricing information. All other classes are US$600 per day.   
  4. Thirty percent (30%) of the full course fee will be charged if the student cancels less than six (6) business days prior to the scheduled course date.  
  5. The full course fee will be charged if the cancellation occurs on the course date, or if the class is not attended.  
  6. JLR reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course by notifying attendees at least six (6) business days in advance of the course date.   
  7. If JLR cancels, you will receive a full refund. 
  8. Please call to confirm the class before buying airline tickets.   
  9. Substitutions can be made at any time.
