Interface for Nastran

The ANSYS Interface for NASTRAN allows an FE model to be created within FE Modeler from a NASTRAN bulk data file. FE Modeler supports robust data transfer from NASTRAN to ANSYS. It is used to import the FE model from a NASTRAN bulk data file or from WorkBench (Design Simulation), navigate and visualize the data contained in the model, create named components based on element selections, and generate an ANSYS input deck for downstream analysis
