STANDARD JLR SUPPORT OPTION

  • Issuing of new license keys due to machine changes (up to three per year)
  • Access to the self-taught Intro-to-FEA class notes and problems
  • Access to the current set of example problems used by the JLR Tech Support Staff
  • Access to a growing library of online tutorials that provide instructions on or demonstrations of various product features and functionality
  • Access to live monthly Internet training sessions (approximately one hour long) on a different technical topic each month, along with access to the archives of these sessions
  • Access to technical presentations covering a wide variety of ANSYS related topics
  • Problem resolution over the Internet using JLR-provided software (occasional sessions of 15 minute typical duration)
