Our ANSYS consulting group consists of accomplished engineers who use ANSYS Finite Element Analysis FEA & Computational Fluid Dynamics CFD to solve complex engineering Consulting simulations. Using engineering analysis software from ANSYS, Fluent, LSTC - LS Dyna, CFX, ICEM, & Engineous, we have solved a wide range of ANSYS FEA engineering analysis problems.  Some of the ANSYS Consulting projects that we have solved include:

  • thermal and mechanical feasibility study for converting an aluminum casting assembly into a injection molded plastic assembly
  • drop test of cell phone in multiple orentations at multiple heights
  • structural parametric model of large underground waste tanks with rebar-reinforced concrete and nonlinear fricitonal soil model
  • Fluid-Structure Interation (FSI) of building wind loads under hurricane-strength winds
  • Industrial fiberglass composite assembly, complete with thermal, wind, dead, and seismic load combinations
  • drop test of medical electronics device to quantify damage from a drop off a surgical table
